I provide individual therapy for adults dealing with a wide range of issues. I have a special interest in helping clients learn to live with anxiety in ways which ultimately bring more depth and richness into their lives. Sessions are a full 60 minutes and attending sessions at least once a week brings the best results, as the therapeutic relationship is strengthened and progress is consistently monitored and reinforced.  The goal of sessions is to help you free yourself from unhelpful ways of thinking and behaving so that you can experience more peace in the present moment and pursue your values with more passion and commitment. Becoming aware of habitual patterns of mind is the first step towards choosing more fulfilling ways of responding. This process will involve us developing sustainable strategies to help you regulate your emotions when you are feeling triggered or overwhelmed.

It is important to know where we came from and where we are going but how we respond to ourselves in each moment dictates how we relate to others and how expansive or limited we feel in our lives. My goal is to empower you to rise to the challenge of your life, as it is right now and how you dream it could be.
